Method
Prepare water of 80° C. Add one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves for each litre. Steep for 2 minutes minimum.
Description
Immortalised in a statue forged of iron, the Goddess of Mercy benevolently offers this prestigious brew as recompense for the fastidious maintenance of her effigy. According to legend, a tea plant was bestowed – lifting the drought and providing nourishment for the surrounding farmlands. This brew is mellow but distinctly crisp – the scent of freshly fallen rain in a cup.
