Prepare water to 75ยฐ C. Add one small teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum

Description

Bready and sweet, the tea is lightly poured. Silence descends uninterrupted while a small cat settles atop an ornate wooden cabinet of fine Chinese porcelain. All else is still but for the winding steam meandering towards the ceiling.
