Method
Prepare water to 100° C. Add one heaped teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum

Description

On a cool spring night in 1965, John Lennon ascended the staircase of Abbey Road studios to marvel at the stars. Away from the cacophony of cymbal strikes and sitars, a moment’s peace was found. A recipe for a good night’s sleep from Mr Moonlight himself, with lemongrass, tangy rosehips and soft notes of chamomile. Fill a cup to the brim, sip slowly, and gaze out the window at the shimmering sky.
