Method
Prepare water to 100ยฐ C. Add one a teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum
Description
As the sun gently falls behind the city skyline, the rose gardens are bathed in a golden haze. Fruit bats stretch out their wings in preparation of their first outing for the day. The lights of the Story Bridge illuminate as park goers retreat towards the river. As dusk arrives the park grows unusually still – all except the swallows sweeping around the garden beds joyfully snatching their supper. It’s the perfect moment to quietly savour the leftover raspberries from the picnic.
