Method
Prepare water to 100° C. Add one teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum

Description

Summer has hit and the teapot has found a new home in the fridge. There’s an eastern uphill walk to the bus stop each morning. A pathetic whimper of self-pity is excusable. A cold flask of lemongrass and ginger tea is imperative. Consolatory frangipanis trees are in bloom; it’s really not so bad.
