Lime & Coconut Green Tea Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons of Tour de Tea Lime Coconut Calypso loose leaf tea.
- 750ml Coconut water
- 250ml Sparkling water
- A handful of garden mint
- 1 fresh lime
- A nip or two of white rum (optional)
Method
- Add the Lime & Coconut green tea to the coconut water and allow to infuse overnight in the fridge.
- Next morning, strain the tea leaves and pour into a large serving jug or teapot.
- Tear the garden mint leaves and add to the jug.
- Squeeze ยผ of the the fresh lime into the jug, and thinly slice the remainder of the lime.
- Finish by adding a spritz of sparkling water, and a dash of sugar or white rum in youโre feeling rebellious.
- A gentle stir and voila! A tropical holiday in a cup.
