Method
Prepare water to 85° C. Add one small teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum
Description
The mock orange hedgerow was adorned in red berries which sat among emerald foliage for months on end. The cycle of seasons eventually prompts their disappearance, as the reverberating sound of joyful honeybees signals the hedge’s transformation. It has grown rangy and imprecise but covered in a carpet of white flowers, orange blossom perfume fills the house as reward. This mellow and fragrant oolong honours the nonchalance of permitting those snowy blooms to fulfil their destiny.
